Description:

The dual occupancy was designed to have different floor plans so that articulation and façade interest was created. A master bedroom, living area, kitchen, laundry, garage and powder room was positioned on the ground floor to one unit which would appeal to the older members of society. Giving a broader cross section of people for the developer to market towards.
