The development consisted of 5 units designed to have different floor plans so that articulation and façade interest was created and a choice for different buyers. Cleverly planned so 3 of the 5 units had their own private driveway access and 2 units with a shared driveway. Very modern, with clean lines and warm tones gives these units, appeal to many buyers. Durability and low maintenance was again a key element in selecting the building materials.
